Senior Associate, Family Law
Vicki is an experienced family law practitioner based in Parramatta. She is an accredited specialist in family law. Her experience spans family law, wills and estates, and conveyancing for commercial and residential properties.
Her current practice is solely family law. She has a very honest and direct approach and recognises that family law matters and the process can be very emotional on parties, particularly if court hearings are protracted. To counter this, she makes a point of being in regular communication with her clients – keeping them informed of where their matter is at, discussing options, educating them on the process, and advising of the time and costs incurred along the way.
Vicki has advised and acted for clients concerning divorce and de-facto relationship issues, property, maintenance arrangements, child custody, and contravention applications.
She is a skilled negotiator and mediator, and has sound knowledge of court practice and procedures.
She has conducted matters in the Supreme Court of NSW, District Court, Local Courts, the Family Court of Australia and Federal Magistrates Court of Australia.
