You will have responsibility for a variety of commercial and corporate law matters including Corporate Law, commercial contracts, corporate finance and governance, general commercial issues, franchising and broad tax issues.
You will also have the opportunity to be part of the development and expansion of the Group and the Practice using your business development skills and assisting in networking, seminars and workshops and other professional activities.
As a guide you will have 3 to 5 years P.A.E., have a demonstrated and successful track record, an excellent academic record, strong attention to detail and able to work alone and with a team.
