Andrea has an interest and experience in matters involving general commercial disputes, employment disputes, and trade practices litigation. She has provided advice to clients on:
- General contractual and commercial disputes
- Business and partnership disputes
- Purchase contracts in relation to goods and services
- Misleading and deceptive conduct
- Employment contractual disputes
Andrea is familiar with the new Federal Court rules and has prepared matters and briefed Counsel for Hearings in the Federal Court.
Andrea has worked on multiple cases in Supreme Court including mortgage and possession disputes. She regularly appears in the Corporations List in the Supreme Court in relation to insolvency matters.
Andrea is also familiar with the Supreme Court of Appeal mainly working on mortgage cases in that Court.
Andrea also has a growing interest in Binding Financial Agreements and their commercial application
