Geoff advises on a range of commercial and government property transactions and matters including sales, acquisitions, developments and leases.
He has been involved in the preparation of construction agreements for new building complexes, negotiation of leases for corporate and government, advice and negotiation of retail leases and licences, and contract reviews.
Recently he has been advising the NSW Police on the leasing and licensing of their radio commercial towers.
Geoff has negotiated a memorandum of understanding between Wyong Council, Rail Corp, Department of Planning and Department of Environment, Climate Change and Water that dealt with the protection of an endangered species. He was responsible for the compliance with the Environment & Protection Assessment Act at the University of Western Sydney, Hawkesbury.
