Kathryn’s 20 years’ experience has been exclusively focused in Family Law. She works closely with the Directors and Lawyers in the team to ensure clients have a full understanding of the Court’s processes and are always apprised of the progress of their matter.
Kathryn’s managerial and organisational skills assist the Lawyers in all aspects of case management. With her sound and thorough understanding of the administrative and process requirements of the Court’s procedures she ensures matters are managed without delay and cost effectively.
She supports many country and interstate Family Law practitioners in the management of their cases before the Parramatta Registries of the Family Court of Australia and Federal Magistrates Court of Australia.
She recognises that a family law issue can be a very challenging and emotional time for clients, and that the legal procedural process can be daunting. Kathryn seeks to put clients at ease by managing this process with them.
