Susana is an accredited family law specialist, a qualified mediator and has completed training in collaborative law.
Her experience and expertise in family law is extensive and spans all aspects of parenting matters, property issues involving tax, valuation and company issues (in both matrimonial and Property Relationship disputes); and child representation in family law disputes.
Susana listens to the concerns of her clients, carefully probing for the underlying reason they are seeking advice. Along the way she clarifies the issues, maps out options for clients to consider, and informs them of the means of dispute resolution available.
Through her patient and understanding approach, clients are able to confidently articulate what has brought them to seek advice. This could concern the welfare of children, money, property, child support and custody.
