Tony Iuliano

Professional Background

Tony has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University and was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in 1990, as a solicitor and barrister in South Australia in 1994 and as a solicitor and barrister in the ACT in 2002. 

After admission as a solicitor in New South Wales Tony worked with several suburban and city firms, initially practising in conveyancing and general litigation and gradually focusing and specialising in commercial litigation, equity and insolvency while working with two major city law firms  and other city law firms specialising in commercial litigation, equity and insolvency. 

In 1999 Tony commenced practising as a barrister at the New South Wales Bar specialising in commercial litigation, equity, insolvency, family law and tax litigation.  This Firm’s association with Tony commenced in early 2000 when he was extensively briefed by Champion Legal in many commercial litigation matters. 

Tony joined us in 2009 as Special Counsel and brings with him this wealth of advocacy and litigation experience. 

Current Practice

Tony continues to specialise in commercial litigation, equity, insolvency, tax litigation and family law and currently assists the Firm’s dispute resolution and family law divisions.
