Tony is a commercial and dispute resolution lawyer based in our Parramatta office. He has practised as a barrister and he presents clients with a combination of the forensic and strategic skills due to his advocacy experience.
Tony’s 20 years’ experience spans a range of industries, and clients. He has advised clients on commercial transactions including joint venture agreement and partnership arrangements, restructurings and reorganisations, and negotiated contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, and sponsorship agreements.
He has acted in disputes involving competition law, contracts, corporations law, property, insolvency and bankruptcy, financial services, intellectual property, and insurance. He has represented a range of companies in the Supreme Court, District Court and Local Courts.
