Our Returns Policy
Shop with confidence knowing if you change your mind or aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, we accept returns provided you meet the below conditions:
If you placed your order online before Sunday, May 25, 2025, it is not eligible for in-store returns and can only be returned through our online process.
If you're experiencing any issues with your return, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
The product is returned within a 30 day change of mind period.
This period starts from when the purchase date, which can be found on your receipt or order confirmation.
You return the product in its original condition, unworn and with the tags attached
Unless the product is an excluded product.
Supply your store receipt/tax invoice or online order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Your proof of purchase must be with our a 30 day change of mind period.
Champion takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products, you will be entitled to the following remedies under the Australian Consumer Law:
(1) Exchange or refund of items for major failure or faults or
(2) Exchange or repair if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.
In assessing a claim for faulty goods, the Australian Consumer Law allows us to take into account how much time has passed since you bought the product, how the product has been used, the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used and the amount of use the product could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please follow the steps above to complete your return, where you will be asked to upload a photo demonstrating the fault which will be assessed by the team. Otherwise, email us at support@champion.com.au
With our 30 return change of mind return policy, you are free return to your nearest Champion store with your original receipt. Please take care in ensuring that the product is in a new, unworn condition and the box or packaging is not damaged.
Once a refund has been processed to your Afterpay/ZipPay/PayPal account, Afterpay/ZipPay/PayPal will then contact you to confirm the refund amount depending on the amount of payments you have made. For example, if you have only paid 2 installments of your total order value, After Pay/Zip Pay will only refund the partial amount paid with them, and then cancel the remaining outstanding amount. This may mean that you would receive a partial refund of your total order value as only that amount was captured from your linked credit card up to the refund date.
