Upon dispatch, you will be emailed an Australia Post tracking number.  By default, you provide authority to leave items at the address specified in your order.

Standard Delivery: Order by 17 December (VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, QLD)
Express Delivery: Order by 21 December (VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, QLD)
Standard Delivery: Order by 15 December (WA, NT, TAS, NZ)
Express Delivery: Order by 18 December (WA, NT, TAS, NZ)

Standard Delivery

Free shipping on all Australian orders $100 and above.
For all orders under the value of $100, a $9.95 standard delivery fee will apply with the below delivery times (including dispatch):

  • 2-5 business days - VIC, NSW
  • 3-6 business days - ACT, SA, TAS & QLD metro
  • 3-10 business days - WA and most regional areas

Express Delivery

Express shipping is available at a cost of $14.95 with the below delivery times (including dispatch):

  • 2-3 days - VIC, NSW
  • 2-4 business days - ACT, SA, TAS & QLD metro
  • 3-5 business days - WA and most regional areas

New Zealand Delivery

Standard shipping to New Zealand is available at a cost of $9.95 AUD with the below delivery times (including dispatch):

  • 3-8 business days
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Cancellations and changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed. If a shipment is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping costs.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the event you were shipped the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
