If you are shopping for right now, start with Black Friday t-shirts and Black Friday shorts. That is the half of the wardrobe doing the work between now and March, and it will be in high rotation by Boxing Day. Cotton jersey, the script logo we put on neck tags back in 1969, and not much else to think about.
Where to start in the Champion Black Friday sale
The other half is the one worth being clever about. Nobody in this country is shopping for fleece in late November, which is why it is down, and it is the same Black Friday hoodies and Black Friday track pants you would pay full price for in June. Buy it now, hang it up, forget about it until the first properly cold morning. We started making this gear in Rochester in 1919 and the fleece has not changed much since, which is the point. It will fit and feel the same in June as it does on the hanger today.
