How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE standard shipping across Australia on orders for Champion members only. For non-members, shipping is FREE for orders over $69 or $5.95 for orders under $69. Express shipping is $9.95 Australia-wide. Not a Champion member? Sign up here. International shipping charges vary (see below).
How long does shipping take?
In Australia we use Australia Post eParcel to get your goods to you. Once your order has left our warehouse, it can take up to 7 business days to be delivered. Please note: We do some times get busy during our sale/promotional periods, so delivery may take a little longer than the times listed. Shipping may also take longer for overseas deliveries.
Where is my order?
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping notification email to keep you in the loop. For Australian deliveries, the email will contain your eParcel tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website.
Don't stress if it doesn't work immediately - it often takes up to 4 hours for it to be searchable in the system.

Lost/damaged
If your order is lost or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving confirmation of shipment so that we can assist you.
Should an Authority To Leave be stated, we cannot accept responsibility for packages left by the courier.
I won't be at home/work to receive by order. Help!
No probs! We have three convenient options for you to choose from if delivering to your home or work isn't possible.
Option 1: Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to order online and collect from your preferred Champion Outlet store (customised items excluded). Simply add your items to your shopping bag, select Click & Collect from the options at checkout, choose your preferred store and complete your transaction (customised items are excluded from this service). You'll then receive an email confirming your order and be notified of when your goods are ready for pick-up. There are no delivery charges and it means you don't have to wait around at home for your order. Plus, you can try on your goods in store and if you don't like them, or they don't fit, you can return it on the spot. Too easy!
Option 2: Parcel Locker
Australia Post's secure 24/7 Parcel Lockers offers an easy and convenient alternative. To select this delivery option at checkout, you must first create a free Australia Post MyPost account. Once you've created your account, you can select this option at checkout (personalised items are excluded from this service). You don’t need to pay for using the Parcel Locker and delivery is free for orders over $69 or for $5.95 on orders under $69. If you have any questions, please contact Australia Post.
Option 3: Post Office
Another option is to have your order delivered to your local Post Office. You can select this shipping option and your preferred Post Office by entering your postcode during the checkout process. Delivery is free for orders over $69 or for $5.95 on orders under $69.

What about international taxes and fees?
Your order will be charged in Australian (AUD) dollars but will exclude Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). Because customs policies vary from country to country, international orders may be subject to local customs charges. We cannot mark international orders as a gift as a way of bypassing or reducing customs fees. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance.
